1. General Return Policy
At slynar.xyz, we offer returns for most of our products, subject to the following conditions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following requirements:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The product must be in the original packaging with all tags, labels, or accessories intact.
- Personal Care products: Due to hygiene reasons, these items can only be returned if they are unopened and unused.
- Food and Supplements: These products can only be returned if they are unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for the following items:
- Opened or used Personal Care items.
- Opened or used Food and Supplements products.
- Gift cards, downloadable items, or any items marked as non-returnable.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at admin@slynar.xyz to request a return authorization.
- Provide your order number and a brief reason for the return.
- Once approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to send your product back.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Domestic Returns: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect items).
- International Returns: International customers are also responsible for the return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
6. Refunds and Processing
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- If the return is approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- If your return is rejected, you will be notified with the reason for the decision, and the product will be returned to you at your cost.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at admin@slynar.xyz. We will offer a full refund or replacement for any damaged or defective items, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
8. Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
